Responsibilities

As an important member of the Client Account Sales (CAS) team, you are responsible for selling MegaPath Cloud Company, LLC (MegaPath) Cloud Hosted Voice and Unified Communications (UC), MSS/SD-WAN products to existing MegaPath business customers through proactive outbound campaign efforts and reactive inbound phone sales calls.  You’ll train existing customers on using the online web portal to manage orders, tickets, and administration features without the need for assistance from MegaPath. You’ll also use your excellent customer service experience to avoid customer account reduction.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Upsell MegaPath products and services using consultative-selling tactics
  • Maintain 40-50 calls/day out to prospects and customers
  • Maintain inbound queue with team effort not to exceed 30 second hold times
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer training quotas as defined by management
  • Adhere to sales guidelines as communicated
  • Document all initial and ongoing customer contacts as required
  • Use Salesforce.com to track, forecast, and manage the opportunity pipeline from initial inquiry to booked revenue and beyond
  • Quickly learn about and adapt to new products and services
  • Develop new and creative ways to capitalize on marketing efforts
  • Uphold the highest levels of integrity and customer service
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned
  • Have a “customer first” mentality and retain customers

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in an inside sales capacity
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically regarding customer account acquisition and development
  • Experience in a quota-based sales environment
  • Experience with a technical service offering preferred, ideally with computer or telecommunications technology
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Full understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
