You will be responsible for the tactical implementation of marketing and outreach campaigns to market MegaPath’s services to enterprise-sized business customers. This position requires you to effectively work cross-functionally across diverse groups within MegaPath and external resources to drive successful completion of marketing campaigns. This position is critical to topline revenue and customer growth as well as for specific product lines. As a marketer, you should be comfortable with revenue-based performance and return on investment performance goals. You will develop marketing campaigns, coordinate the creation of messaging and promotional materials, launch programs, and provide support as needed to sales. You will assist in modeling, analyzing, and presenting the results of marketing campaigns to executive management.


  • Create and manage marketing campaigns and programs to drive enterprise customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the base. Work cross-functionally to deploy in market.
  • Develop business cases and proposals for promotional offers, new marketing campaigns, advertising, and sales outreach efforts to drive growth.
  • Develop communication plans and drive content needs for lead generation efforts, nurture campaigns and thought leadership of telecom products to the enterprise market.
  • Effectively implement campaigns using sales and marketing tools such as Marketo,, Constant Contact, as well as predictive tools like Lattice, EverString, etc.
  • Analyze target market opportunities and identify sources of prospects and leads for programs in support of sales development reps and account executives.
  • Produce executive dashboards and briefings on the effectiveness of campaigns and overall return on investment.
  • Benchmark and provide strategic insight on company's market positioning; provide ongoing product and price trend; identify market opportunities, develop sales tactics for maximum effectiveness. 


  • BA/BS in business, marketing or similar degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in successful marketing of telecommunications or similar high-tech products with emphasis on lead generation and marketing campaign management supporting enterprise sales.
  • A strong practical, day-to-day knowledge of marketing tactics and business processes 
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, conduct competitive research, formulate and propose revenue growth campaigns. Must have experience deploying programs using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, etc) and preferably experience using predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Lattice, Radius, etc.)
  • Exemplary communication (verbal and written) techniques for assessing business opportunities and interacting with all internal organizations and business customer groups. Ability to convey complex ideas and data in a simple-to-understand manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in highly diverse cross-functional teams in implementing product-driven marketing initiatives 
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Best fit for a self-driven individual wanting to make an impact and driven by results.
  • Ability to drive tactical short-term results while remaining focused on long term strategic goals
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Word, Power Point and Outlook. Extensive working, day-to-day practical experience with Constant Contact, and Marketo.
  • Strong financial analysis (margin, forecasting) skills in order to assess market opportunities and present campaign results to executive management.
