Mgr Outside Client Account Sales
The Outside Client Account Sales (CAS) Manager manages the overall relationship with an outsourced partner responsible for MegaPath’s existing small business accounts. Working with the management staff offshore, the Outside CAS Manager is responsible for the performance and retention of the Outside CAS staff. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, he/ she is responsible for setting and achieving Sales goals, retention of accounts and general account support (adds, changes, removals.) To effectively manage the vendor and team a thorough knowledge of the MegaPath portfolio of products/services and Sales processes/ systems is required. Travel to the offshore facility in Asia is expected at least once a quarter.
