What you will do:
As the Sales Training Manager you will be responsible for the overall training group and plan for the Sales organizations, including training for Inside Sales, Channel and Account Management. You will work with Sales Operations and Sales management in evolving and managing sales training curriculum, programs and plans, including New Hire training and general Selling Skills. Will work with internal functional partners including Product Management, Marketing and Systems to package and help deliver content necessary for Sales enablement and success. Finally, to ensure a solid feedback mechanism and drive positive behavior this individual will also program manage the Sales QA program, working with an external vendor to ensure call quality. This is an internal sales training position and may require travel occasionally to our other major Sales offices to support training staff as needed.
