    The HR Business Partner will work closely with employees and line managers to deliver HR-related services and support which would include the following:  Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the timely hiring of quality talent.  Ensure positions are posted appropriately and managers are correctly utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).  Ensure new hires have a successful onboarding experience.  Assist with compensation activities to include preparation of of job descriptions and evaluations as necessary to benchmark to market data.  Provide employee relations support to managers and employees.  Assist managers in developing performance documentation and monitoring employees placed on performance documents.  Conduct employee investigations as needed.  Provide guidance and coaching on HR programs, policy and procedures, employment/labor laws and conflict resolution. When appropriate, off-board and conduct exit interviews.  Champion wellness programs and initiatives and promote high employee satisfaction through implementing value-added HR programs.   Provide back up for other HR team members and any other job-related duties as requested or assigned.  


    Qualified candidates should possess:

    • Bachelor's Degree, HR Professional Certification a plus
    • 5+ years experience in Human Resources
    • A working knowledge of multiple disciplines in HR (recruiting, comp, employee relations, etc)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to present, train, influence and negotiate.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.  
    • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.  Flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.  Follows through on commitments, meets scheduled work deliverables and delivers results in a timely manner.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem solving ability. 
    • Self-directed team player - able to function independently as well as being part of a team.
    • Proficient PC skills with the ability to learn new software
    • A strong service-orientation and a high level of personal integrity.
