MegaPath’s Technical Implementation Engineer provides activations technical support for our field engineers, technicians, and product-support personnel who are implementing the designed products that our customers have purchased. In this position, you will be responsible for first-line product support and troubleshooting on technical design and installations. This is a highly technical and fast-paced position with multiple opportunities for advancement, and certification. The ideal candidate will be strong in multiple areas listed below and ready to learn the rest.
